Sign Agreements

Your use of Rhino Bill's Service is governed by the following agreements and statements, collectively referred to as the "Agreements". To start billing claims, simply click each link below to open the Agreement in a new window, and then print or save a copy of the Agreement:

If you accept all of the agreements, please sign them as a group by typing your last name in the box below exactly as entered on the previous page. If you do not agree to the Agreements in their entirety without modification, then click the Cancel information button to discontinue your registration.


By typing my last name in the box above and clicking the I Agree button, I am entering into, and agreeing to be bound by all of the Agreements. Set Up User Account

Please select a user name for your account. Your user name may contain letters, numbers or underscores and must be between 6 and 16 characters long.


(Hint: When you refer other home health aides, nurses and therapists to Rhino Bill, they must enter your user name when they sign up in order for you to earn free months of service so choose a user name that will be easy for them remember!)

Please select a secure password for your account. Your password must be between 6 and 16 characters and may use any characters except spaces. Passwords are case-sensitive so make sure the caps lock is off when you enter your password.
